Software Project Manager
WDS Technologies SA R&D department is looking for skilled software project managers.
Job Responsibilities
We need excellent engineers to lead the development of a new generation of Medical Information System. You will be responsible for the management of local and offshore software projects in the healthcare domain.
Qualifications
Three years of experience in the implementation of software systems in the healthcare domain. Having coordinated a team of at least 5 developers. Project Management, HL7 v3 RIM, Multilayered Enterprise Application Architecture, Software Design. .NET Framework, SQL, XML.Languages
Good communication skills in French, English and Spanish.
Technical Support
As an integral part of the Technical Support Team, you will provide extended technical support for WDS Technologies SA products to our growing base of customers.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. In close cooperation with the R&D engineers, you will report reliability and maintenance problems. Beside of regular visits to our customers, you will also be responsible for our Windows 2K/XP/.NET based remote maintenance system. You will also be involved in installations of new systems.
Skills
More than 2 years experience with Microsoft environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written with customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent individual initiative in a user-centered attitute. Experience with maintenance issues, Windows and SQL Server.
Good knowledge of PC hardware.
Languages
French and German (spoken), English
System Administration
We are looking for System Administrators to support our growing base of customers in Switzerland. This requires supporting our server infrastructure and client desktops.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible to install and maintain our customer growing server infrastructure and desktops. In close cooperation with the R&D engineers, you will report reliability and maintenance problems. You will be responsible for regular maintenance visits to our customers. You will also be involved in installations of new systems.
Skills
More than 3 years experience with Microsoft environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent knowlegde of system and network.Excellent customer service skills. Individual initiative in a user-centered attitute. Basic knowledge of Unix can a plus. BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Scripting abilities (vbs, js, psql,...).
